The Company provides mental performance coaching and wrestling program guidance. The Company does not provide medical, dietary, psychological, or clinical services. Nothing on the Website or in Company programs should be construed as medical, psychological, or clinical advice.
The Company is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, dietitian, nutritionist, psychologist, or other licensed health professional, and the programs offered are not intended to replace services performed by such professionals.
Participants are responsible for consulting qualified healthcare providers before making any lifestyle, physical training, or wellness changes.
3. Personal Responsibility and Release of Claims
The Client acknowledges that the Client takes full responsibility for the Client’s life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of the Client’s family and children (where applicable), and all decisions made during and after the Program. The Client expressly assumes the risks of the Program.
The Client releases Miami Hawks Wrestling Corp., its officers, directors, employees, coaches, and agents from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, arising from the Client’s past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the Program, unless arising from the gross negligence of the coaches.
4. Confidentiality
Miami Hawks Wrestling Corp. will keep the Client’s information private and will not share the Client’s information with any third party without the Client’s written consent unless required by law. The Company will not disclose the Client’s name as a reference or for use in any marketing materials without the Client’s written consent.

By enrolling a minor, you, as the parent or legal guardian, expressly agree to the release of claims and assumption of risk set forth in Section 3 on behalf of the minor and yourself. You acknowledge that wrestling and related physical training activities carry inherent risks of physical injury, and you voluntarily accept those risks.
Miami Hawks Wrestling Corp. requires a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian before any minor may participate in Company programs. Enrollment of a minor without such a signed waiver is not permitted.
15. Photography, Video & Media Release
By participating in Miami Hawks Wrestling Corp. programs, events, or activities, you consent (and, where applicable, consent on behalf of your minor child) to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Miami Hawks Wrestling Corp. may use such photographs, video, or recordings for promotional, marketing, educational, and social media purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify Miami Hawks Wrestling Corp. in writing at [email protected] prior to participation. Miami Hawks Wrestling Corp. will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee exclusion from all incidental photography or video.
